Pre-requisites
- The Further Education and Training Certificate in IT: technical Support Level 4, (CAT/Computer Science is recommended)
- Basic understanding of IT concepts (hardware, networking, operating systems)
- Computer literacy and ability to engage in technical training
- Prior IT experience or certification (e.g. CompTIA A+, N+) is advantageous but not mandatory
