Introduction
ITIL® Foundation (Version 5) introduces candidates to the key concepts of digital product and service management and establishes a common language for effective practice across organizations. ITIL (Version 5) is a modern best-practice framework for digital and AI-enabled service management. It focuses on integrating strategy, design, and operations with an AI-native approach to improve business value. It aligns business goals with IT service management, incorporating AI governance, sustainability, and digital transformation. It bridges strategy with delivery, emphasizing value streams, the four dimensions of service management, and the ITIL service value system. ITIL (Version 5) emphasizes adaptability in fast-paced, AI-driven environments, ensuring that organizations can manage digital complexity. The ITIL Foundation (Version 5) examination is intended to assess whether the candidate can demonstrate sufficient recall and understanding of the ITIL Framework, as described in the syllabus, to be awarded the ITIL Foundation qualification.

- Learn how continual improvement is embedded within ITIL. Cover the continual improvement model’s step-by-step approach and see how it supports long-term organizational success

Associated Certifications and Exam
This course will prepare delegates to take the ITIL (Version 5) Foundation Examination.
Successfully passing this exam will result in the attainment of the ITIL (Version 5) Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.

Compulsory attendance of ITIL Foundation (Version 5) accredited course
Exam Format:
40 questions, multiple choice examination Closed Book Online Web Based
Duration:
60 minutes (candidates taking exam in a language that is not their native, may be awarded 25% extra time)
Pass Score:
65% pass mark (26/40)
On successful completion of this course students will receive a Torque IT attendance certificate.
