Introduction
The Check Point Certified Troubleshooting Administrator (CCTA) course is designed for security administrators and Check Point resellers. It focuses on troubleshooting within the Check Point Security Management environment. Participants learn to diagnose and resolve issues related to traffic flow, log collection, SmartConsole, VPNs, and Autonomous Threat Prevention. The course also covers using Check Point and Linux commands to monitor network performance and troubleshoot effectively.
This 2-Day course is designed for security administrators who require the fundamental knowledge and skills to troubleshoot basic issues for Check Point Security Gateways and Management Software Blades that run on the Gaia operating system.

Pre-requisites
In addition to their professional experience, students who attend this training should already have the following technical knowledge:
- Working Knowledge of TCP/IP networking
- Working knowledge of Windows and/or UNIX, Network technology and the internet
- 6 months to 1 year experience with Check Point products recommended
- System administration and network fundamentals and security knowledge
- Preferably in possession of the Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) certification
