Agile Project Management (AgilePM) Practitioner Excluding Handbook (Including Exam)

Introduction

As the AgilePM Practitioner certification is for those who have passed the Foundation exam, it’s objective is to transition learners from understanding the framework to applying it effectively. It is designed for professionals in project focused environments who want to be agile.

Pre-requisites

Students will be required to complete pre-course reading prior to their attendance to ensure that they are prepared for the course. Students should receive their courseware two weeks prior to the start date of the course. It is therefore encouraged that students read, and familiarize themselves with, the Agile Project Management Handbook prior to the start of the course. Whilst attending the course students should also be prepared to complete evening work.

Pre-requisites accepted to be eligible to take the Practitioner examination:

• AgilePM Foundation certificate

As the AgilePM Practitioner examination will assess ability to apply AgilePM philosophy and principles to project situations, configure lifecycles, produce and assess products, apply and select techniques, understand control mechanisms, implement testing and measurement, and manage requirements in an Agile context.
