Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) Overview
In an effort to become more agile, organisations are looking to adopt a more flexible approach to the delivery of projects. However; where existing formal project management processes already exist, the informality of many of the agile approaches is daunting and is sometimes perceived as a potential risk. These project-focused organisations need a more agile approach to project delivery; Agile Project Management.
Agile Project Management instructor led training and certification, through Torque IT, focuses on developing skills and solutions incrementally thus enabling project teams to react effectively to changing requirements, whilst empowering project personnel and encouraging increased collaboration and ownership.
