Introduction
This course will provide delegates with a broad-based introduction and explanation of the Project Management, terminology and definitions associated with the body of knowledge. Delegates will also understand how calculations are performed and the purpose of a Project Management Information System (PMIS) and Scheduling Tool.
Delegates will do a Case studies to reinforce the learning and concepts at an introduction.
