Introduction
The AgileBA Foundation-level qualification ensures candidate have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Agile Business Analysis guidance to be able to recognise and distinguish between the key elements of the approach.

- Individuals wishing to understand business analysis – such as product owners and managers
- Individuals pursuing the AgileBA Practitioner certificate.
Pre-requisites
Students will be required to complete pre-course reading prior to their attendance to ensure that they are prepared for the course. Students should receive their courseware two weeks prior to the start date of the course. It is therefore encouraged that students read, and familiarize themselves with, the AgileBA® Handbook prior to the start of the course. Whilst attending the course students should also be prepared to complete evening work.
There are no mandatory prerequisites for the Foundation examination.
The Foundation examination aims to measure whether the candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Agile Business Analysis guidance to be able to recognise and distinguish between the key elements of the approach. The Foundation qualification is also a pre-requisite for the Practitioner qualification.

Associated certifications and exam
This course prepares students to write the APMG’s Exam EP-ABAF: AgileBA exam. Exam Format is 40 minutes, multiple choice questions, 50 questions per paper, 25 out of 50 marks required to pass & a closed book exam. The delivery method of the exam is Proctor-Led & Computer-Based.
On successful completion of this course students will receive a Torque IT attendance certificate.
